The 13th annual ‘HEAT AT THE SEAT’ Chili Cook-off will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at the County Seat Tavern, Maple Street, Montrose, PA beginning at 2:00 p.m. Music will be provided by DJ ‘Ringmaster’. All proceeds benefit Endless Mountains Medical Care Foundation.
